Guaranteed Delivery
 
  1. If the quality of the products is not up to the mark, you can lodge a complaint through us as the respective brand owners shall be responsible for it.
  2. Flower arrangement may slightly vary due to availability issues or reason that is beyond our control, as the pictures shown here are indicative. Few other items like Cycles, Pressure Cooker, and T.V. etc may also vary depending upon the availability of same stock. However, we do our best to give a better result than shown and always ensure our customers with equal or higher value.
  3. In case the ordered Flowers/Cakes/Mithais/other hand delivered gift items are not available in the respective city or town, we shall deliver you the best quality flowers/cakes/mithais/other similar gift items. We always ensure our customers to get products of equal or higher value.
  4. The delivery schedule may vary from same day delivery to delivery within the next 1 to 3 business days, excluding the date of order depending on the delivery destination. Holidays may extend it further.
  5. Certain items might not be possible to be delivered under certain circumstances. However, you always hold right to get 100% refund of your money.
  6. If any item received by you is defective or if dissatisfied with the quality of the product, the customer/recipient is required to provide a photograph within 48 hours of delivery. Refund or Redelivery can be made depending on the nature of the complaint and any decision in this regard will be the sole prerogative of the website
  7. We hold the right to reschedule the delivery to an earlier or later date in case of Bad Weather/Political Disruption/ other unforeseen circumstances that is beyond our control.
  8. No claim of whatsoever nature under any cases will be credible other than the claim of 100% refund of payment made. Such claims if any are to be raised within 24 hours of delivery/non delivery.
  9. If a customer wishes to cancel an order he/she needs to do it atleast 24 hours prior the date of delivery or the date of shipment. However, in all such cases 7% of the ordered amount will be deducted towards credit card processing expenses. Any changes on the order can be done between 8am to 8pm before the date of delivery.

  13. Perishable items such as Chocolates, Dry Fruits, Leather Bags and Watches etc are normally dispatched through courier services. Hence, we cannot guarantee the exact time and date of delivery.
  14. The prices displayed on the items are subjected to MRP restrictions are being sold on the website with added costs of our services, delivery and online transaction cost. The distribution could not be shown separately due to technical restrictions and are taken to be understood.
  15. Fresh baked cakes can be available after 10:30am. Thus, they can be delivered only after that time. In rare cases you may request to place the cakes prior day and deliver next morning. However, we do not advise so.
  16. We guarantee to delivery your order on date but we cannot commit on any particular time. However, we do try to deliver well within your mentioned time but we do not guarantee it, we shall process the order for delivery as soon as possible ignoring the specific instruction to deliver at or before a particular time. Some gift items like Leather Bags, Toys, Watches, and Apparels etc are essentially delivered through courier and are always delivered well in time from our end. We shall be responsible for the delay in dispatch from our warehouse but we will not be responsible for delay at the logistic partners end.
  17. The prices quoted at our website are for FREE delivery within city limits. Any perishable item and delivery out of city limits to villages etc may attract extra delivery charges. After delivery of your order we may send you a link for the payment of extra delivery charges, if required. But we shall not hold or delay your order but assure delivery on required date.
  18. All Wine and Champagne (Sparkling White) items that are sold on the website are Non-Alcoholic. The various Logos/Trademark backed by the product that is being sold on the website belongs to the respective companies and they are the owner of the said Logo/Trademark.
  19. Orders including Midnight Orders should be received before 4pm IST, orders received after that time shall be processed the following day but we shall always try to deliver it the same day. We would appreciate to receive a phone call after the placement of such urgent orders.
  20. Right of Refusal: MumbaiOnlineFlorists.com reserves the right to refuse or decline delivery of any order without allocating any specific reason to the customer. However, in such cases MumbaiOnlineFlorists.com will refund the paid amount in full.
  21. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of local Court only in Kolkata, India.
  22. If an order is processed or delivered against which we have not received the money, whatsoever the reason be, the Customer and the Recipient shall be equally responsible to indemnify the sum due. If in case both the Customer and the Recipient refuses to pay us, appropriate legal actions shall be taken. Octroi charges if any will be paid by the consignee as this may be applicable in the Recipient State.
  23. Any extra custom charges imposed by the custom dept. of the recipient’s country for any international delivery sent through courier will have to be borne by the customer themselves and we shall not be liable for the same.
  24.  Complete refund shall be made if we are unable to deliver your order. Loss of profits, emotional stress, liabilities or any other charges caused due to non- delivery will not be our responsibility.
  25. We shall not be liable and no refund shall be given for the problems appeared due to mistakes made by the uses like wrong address or incomplete information or recipient not reachable.
  26. For deliveries at Hostel, Hotels, Hospitals address, POD signed at the reception or by the security personnel will be a valid proof of delivery. Though, we ensure that the delivery is made to the intended recipient but due to reasons beyond control at such places, we cannot assure it. if the delivery boy is stopped at the premises gate, we try to call the recipient, if for any reason the call goes unanswered, we consider it as an attempted delivery.
  27.  All orders related to Rakhi shall be delivered at the earliest irrespective of delivery date chosen.
  28. We dispatch all consignments as per your orders and any clearance at the respective Countries Customs Counter has to be done at your end. We shall not be responsible for it.
