  1. Under what circumstances when refund is possible?

    Refund is possible under following circumstances :

    a. Order is cancelled upon request.
    You can give a call to or write to to cancel the order.

    The amount of refund related to an order cancellation is as follows :

    Amount Refunded Conditions
    100% When flowers/gifts have not been ordered from our suppliers and the credit card has not been charged.
    90% When credit card has been charged and the products have not been ordered from our suppliers.
    30% When flower/gifts have been ordered from our suppliers
    0% When the flowers/gifts gets dispatched from our office or the shop

    b. Recipient not satisfied with the flowers/gifts delivered

    If the recipient is not satisfied with the flowers/gifts delivered due to un-fresh flowers or dissatisfied due to quality, the customer who ordered the Flowers/Gifts will be given 100% refund, subject to the other points of our terms & condition and provided that

    » the recipient refuses to accept the Flowers/Gifts and returns the same instantly at the address stated on the Delivery Order with intact condition. AND

    » Customer writes to us a mail about the reason of dissatisfaction. Please state the Transaction ID, the sender and the recipient's name in the Email Form. This feedback will be used to help us to improve our customer service

    In case if the recipient is not satisfied with the flowers/gifts delivered due to un-fresh flowers or the quality of the product, the customer who ordered the items will be given 100% refund, subject to the other points of our terms and condition and provided that

    » The refuses to accept the Flowers/Gifts and returns the same instantly at the address stated on the Delivery Order with intact condition.

    » Customer states the reason of dissatisfaction through mail. Please state the Transaction ID the sender and the receiver’s name in the Email Form. The feedback will help us to provide you a safe, efficient, smooth and customized experience.

    c. Unavailability of flower/gift types or colors

    The website reserves the right to replace the products with another product of the same or higher value, if the ordered flower/gift types or colors are not available (e.g. due to shortage in supply) at that particular moment. No refund request will be accepted for this reason.

    If the ordered flower/gift types or colors are not available (e.g. due to shortage in supply) at that particular moment, the website holds the right to replace the product with another product of the equal or greater value. No refund request shall be entertained in such cases.

    d. Destination of delivery is beyond our coverage

    Any area that is out of our specified city list or in case any area that is not accessible for any reason beyond our control.

  2. How is the refund procedure being carried out?

    Refund will be carried out within three days once one of the above mentioned criteria is met. Once the refund has been successfully processed, you will receive a refund notification via email. You may keep this refund notification safely for checking against your monthly credit card bill.
